Project: Lockstadt Winterthur
From a decommissioned industrial site to a vibrant new urban district — Implenia is shaping the development of Lokstadt in Winterthur with extensive expertise. Sustainability, liveliness, and innovation are at the core of the project. The importance of sustainability can also be seen in the figures: for the “Haus Krokodil” alone, approximately 7,700 cubic meters of wood were used. Casa swiss international Building GmbH participated in the entire process as a subcontractor and made a significant contribution to the successful implementation.
